摘 要:为给多梳栉经编机成圈机件运动的优化设计提供理论依据,分析了成圈工艺过程、成圈机件的运动,以及实现机构的结构。认为针床往复摆动时间比、凸轮的动力学优化和相位角优选是决定多梳栉经编机复合针运动和影响整机运转性能的关键因素。研究结果表明,针床往复摆动的时间比确定槽针针尖运动轨迹形状,凸轮跃度运动曲线连续避免了机器运转过程中的冲击,较小的相位角使槽针和针芯运动的加速度极值较小。Aiming at solving the key technique to develop warp knitting machine products with multiguide bars,the problems about optimization of the kinematic parameters of the loop-forming elements were studied.The process of loop-forming,motions of the loop-forming elements and the structures of the mechanisms of loop-forming elements were analyzed.The time ratio of the oscillation of the bars,the kinetic optimization of the cam mechanisms that drive loop-forming elements,and the phase angles of different loop-forming elements mechanisms are the keys to determine the motions of the compound needles and the working performances of a warp knitting machine with multi-guide bars.The curve shape of a groove pin is determined by the time ratio of the oscillation of the bars.The warp knitting machines that are driven by the cam mechanisms with continuous jerk curve can avoid impact.The groove pins and closing needles can move with smaller acceleration when the phase angles of different loop-forming elements mechanisms are smaller.
