摘　　要：目的：探讨Meek技术在大面积皮肤软组织撕脱伤早期的应用情况。方法回顾性分析急诊外伤致大面积皮肤软组织撕脱伤患者10例，早期清创后，封闭负压吸引，敷料封闭创面；创面条件改善后用Meek微型皮片移植治疗，观察皮片的成活率、创面的愈合时间、愈合后的瘢痕及功能恢复情况等。结果所有患者术后随访6-8个月，植皮成活良好，植皮区瘢痕较轻，供区愈合良好。结论Meek技术植皮可节省皮源、缩短手术时间、加快创面愈合、缩短病程和减轻愈合后的瘢痕。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Meek micrografts on treatment of the large skin avulsion.Methods Under vacuum-assisted closure,10 cases with large skin avulsion were treated with wound closing with dressing after debridement at the early stage.Meek minigraft was placed on the wounds while the wound improvment.The survival rate of the minigraft,healing time of wound,time of operation,scar formation and condition of functional recovery were observed.Results After 6 to 8 months following up,all the 10 cases were satisfied with the excellent survival rate of the minigraft flap, slight scar and well healing of donor site.Conclusion The Meek grafting could save flap,shorten operat-ing time,fasten wound healing,shorten course of disease and lighten scar after healing.
