摘 要:为了研究连铸结晶器内气泡的分布规律及影响因素,利用水模型实验研究了板坯连铸结晶器内的气液两相流动,并采用图像分析软件分析了不同吹气口、水流量、吹气量、插入深度和水口倾角对结晶器内气泡粒径的概率分布和平均粒径的影响.结果表明:气泡的平均粒径随吹气口孔径、吹气量和水口倾角的增大而增大,随着水流量的增大而减小.发现不同吹气口、水流量和吹气量对气泡粒径的概率分布及平均粒径的影响较大,插入深度和水口倾角的影响较小.The gas - liquid two - phase flow in the continuous casting mold was investigated by a water model experiment. An image - processing software was taken to study effects of different injections, water flow rates, gas flow rates, immersion depths and inclination angles of the SEN on the diameter probability distribution and mean diameter of the bubbles. The results showed that the mean bubble diameter increases with increment of the intake port diameter, gas flow rate and inclination angle of the SEN and decreases with increment of the water flow rate. It was found that the intake ports, water flow rate and gas flow rate have more significant effect on the bubble diameter probability distribution whereas the immersion depth and the inclination angle have a little effect.
