摘　　要：文章基于对区域知识战略内涵的剖析,构建区域知识战略定位模型,指出从知识结构、知识存量和知识能力3个方面来评估区域知识资源,识别知识优势是明确区域知识战略定位的基础。探讨在专利分析和专利指标测度的基础上,利用专利地图展示和评估区域知识结构、知识存量和知识能力,从而实现区域知识战略定位和策略选择的具体方法。并应用该方法判断了北京市的重点发展领域和电力领域储能技术的研发策略。Based on the analysis of the concept of regional knowledge strategy, this paper constructs a model of regional knowledge strategic positioning and points out that assessing regional knowledge resources from 3 aspects of knowledge structure, knowledge stock and knowledge capability, as well as identifies that knowledge advantage is the foundation to clarify the regional knowledge strategic positioning. Then, on the basis of patent analysis and patent index measurement, the paper uses the patent map display and assesses regional knowledge structure, knowledge stock and knowledge capability to realize the specific methods of regional knowledge strategic positioning and strategic option. Finally, the paper applies the method to determine the main development area and R＆D strategy of energy storage technology in power sector in Beijing city.
