摘　　要：目的:探讨怀疑冠心病患者行活动平板运动试验的社会支持现状。方法:对109名门诊或住院患者进行活动平板运动试验测试,并进行量表填写,分析活动平板运动试验特点以及社会支持情况。结果:平板实验患者的社会支持状况的客观支持、主观支持、支持利用度及社会支持总分四项指标均低于国内常模,且与常模相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:与常模比较,活动平板运动试验患者社会支持度不高,我们应该有针对性地进行健康教育,采用措施以获得有效支持。AIM：To explore the social support status of treadmill exercise testing （TET） in patients with suspected coronary heart disease （CHD）. METHODS： A total of 109 outpatients and inpatients received TET and completed the questionnaire. Features and social support status were studied and analyzed. RESULTS： The scores of objective support, subjective support, support availability and total social support were significantly lower than those of the domestic national norm （P〈0.01）. CONCLUSION： The current social support status of TET is not satisfactory. Additional health education should be targeted to persons with different backgrounds and correct and positive coping styles should be applied to gain more effective support.
