摘 要:为了探索建立固相萃取-气相色谱法-电子捕获检测器同时测定黄瓜中的六氯苯等多种农药和除草剂残留的方法,样品用乙腈提取,经SPE小柱(弗罗里硅土)净化,采用电子捕获检测器进行测定,外标法定量,分别对黄瓜进行3个水平(0.02、0.04、0.08mg·kg-1)(敌稗和丁草胺在0.04、0.08、0.16mg·kg-1)的添加回收试验。结果表明,平均添加回收率为68.0%-120.3%,RSD为2.0%-20.8%,方法的最低检测限为0.0009-0.0274mg·kg-1,在103的范围内线性较好,相关系数r≥0.9987。该方法灵敏度高、重复性好,可以作为测定蔬菜中这几种农残的测定方法。9种农药在黄瓜基质中存在不同程度的基质效应,其中敌稗和丁草胺存在较强的基质抑制效应,其他几种存在较弱的基质增强效应。A method was established to detect pesticide and herbicide residues by solid phase extraction-gas chromatography-electron capture detector. Cucumber samples were extracted with acetonitrile, purified with SPE column(Florida silica),determined with electron capture detector, and quantified by the external standard. In our test we set three levels of pesticides and herbicides, and the results show that the mean recoveries were 68.0%-120.3%,RSD was 2.0%-20.8%and the detection limits were between 0.000 9-0.027 4 mg/kg. A good linearity was obtained in the range of 103 with coefficiemts better than 0.998 7. The method has high sensitivity and good repeatability. It can be used as a method for the determination of pesticide residues in vegetables. There are some matrix effects of 9 pesticides in cucumber. Propanil and Butachlor has strong matrix suppression effect and the others have weak enhancement effect.
