摘 要:巴基斯坦Neelum-Jhelum水电工程(简称N-J工程)地下电站需设置尾水检修门为水轮机组检修提供条件。以往工程中所采用的尾水检修闸门存在门井深度大、闸门自身检修维护困难和经济效益差等问题。为解决此类问题,在该电站尾水检修门设计中,创新性地采用带有小舌瓣门的阀帽门,该结构形式的尾水门不仅可以满足机组的检修条件,还可在水轮机组不停机的情况下,单独对尾水阀帽门进行检修维护,并能减少岩体的开挖量,降低工程造价,具有良好的工程适用性和经济性。可为今后类似地下电站尾水检修闸门设计提供相应的经验和有益的参考。In the underground power plant of Neelun - Jhelun Hydroelectric Project(hereinafter referred to as N - J Project), tail water naintenance gates are adopted to seal tail water for the naintenance of turbine units. In the sinilar built - projects, there are sone challenges in the design of tail water gate such as the great depth of gate well,the difficult gate naintenance and poor econonic benefit. Therefore,a new type gate structure,a bonnet gate with a flap gate,was designed for N - J Project, which satisfied the condition for naintenance of turbine units. In particular,the naintenance of bonnet gate can be conducted separately under working condition of turbine units. The adoption of the new gate structure can reduce the excavation anount and construction cost,which is of favorable applicability and econonical efficiency for other projects.
