摘 要:钛渣是一种常见的利用率较低的废渣,为了进一步开发新资源,实现钛渣在水泥混合材中的合理利用,对钛渣-水泥凝胶体系的微观水化情况进行了分析。通过球磨30min,球磨40min,加助磨剂A球磨40min和加助磨剂B球磨40min的4种钛渣-水泥凝胶体系实验,对其各龄期净浆试样进行了XRD、TG-DSC和SEM的测试,发现球磨时间较助磨剂对此体系的水化影响更大,这4种钛渣的水化程度由好到次依次为加助磨剂A球磨40min,球磨40min,加助磨剂B球磨40min和球磨30min的钛渣,同时,即使钛渣体系也存在二次水化反应,但由于钛渣中的活性Al2O3和活性SiO2的含量很少,其二次水化反应较弱。Titanium slag is a kind of common waste residue with lower utilization. In order to develop more new resources, to achieve the rational use of titanium slag in cement mixed material, the micro hydration of titanium slag-cement gel system has been analyzed. The addition titanium stag experiments have been finished, by the way of milling 30 min, milling 40 min, milling 40 min with grinding agent A and milling 40 min with grinding agent. With the test of XRD, TG-DSC and SEM for titanium slag-cement gel system sample, the results shows that ball mill time has further influence than grinding agent on the aspect of hydration effect. It was also found that the hydration of these four kinds of titanium slag from bad to good are 30 min, milling 40 min, milling 40 min with grinding agent A and milling 40 min with grinding agent B. Meanwhile, there is also a secondary hydration reaction in the titanium slag system, but lack of the activity components Ale Oa and SiO2 in the titanium, so the second hydration reaction of weaker.
