摘　　要：分析认为,动物饲养、经营和诊疗环节、基层动物防疫人员责任心、动物疫情信息不透明是影响动物疫情暴露的重要因素。对充分暴露动物疫情提出了建议意见,并就规范处理动物疫情的程序进行了探讨。The analysis showed that the feeding, management and medical treatment procedure,the responsibility of grassroots animal epidemic prevention workers and the information opacity of the animal epidemic were the important factors which in-fluencing the animal epidemic exposure. Some suggestions for fully exposing the situation of animal epidemic are put forward. Some discussion is made on the procedures of normative treatment of the animal epidemic.
