摘　　要：随着触发技术、灭弧技术等的发展和应用,开关型SPD(surge protective device)的性能得到了很大程度的提升。通过对现有技术的研究和总结,分析了几种开关型SPD的结构特点,比较了各自的技术性能,具体分析了触发技术、灭弧技术以及弧焰冷却技术在这些开关型SPD上的应用,并总结了开关型SPD的设计要点。这对开关型SPD的设计有一定的指导意义。With the development of the application of triggering and arc extinction,the characteristics of switching type SPD are greatly improved. Through analyzing and summarizing the present technologies, the structure features of several switching typed SPDs are analyzed,the technology characteristics are compared, especially to the application of triggering technology, the arc extinction technology and the arc cooling technology. At last, the key points of design are summarized. The conclusion may have reference values in engineering and application of switching type SPD.
