摘　　要：开展农村订单定向医学生(以下简称定向生)人才培养工作对全面提高基层医疗卫生服务水平,深化我国医药卫生体制改革具有重要意义。提高定向生教育教学质量的关键是要建立健全相应的教学质量监控体系。结合辽宁医学院的工作实践,围绕定向生人才模式下对教学质量监控的要求,阐述辽宁医学院为提高教育教学质量,确立教学工作的中心地位,在构建定向生人才培养教学质量监控体系方面所做的一些探索和实践。力图以点带面,促进高等医学院校定向生培养工作的健康发展。The training of rural orders directed medical students （ hereinafter referred to as the directional） is of great significance to improve the whole level of basic medical and health services comprehensively, and to deepen the reform of China’s medical and health system. The key to improve the teaching quality of the directional is to es-tablish and improve the corresponding teaching quality supervision system. In this paper, based on the practical work of Liaoning Medical University and according to the requirement from the personnel training mode for teaching quality supervision, the author expounds its research and practice to improve the quality of education and teaching and establish teaching as the center in rural areas. The paper aims to promote the healthy development of the direc-tional training in higher medical colleges and universities.
