益肾升阳方对小儿哮喘合并过敏性鼻炎患儿免疫功能及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨益肾升阳方对小儿哮喘合并过敏性鼻炎患儿免疫功能及生活质量的影响。方法将150例哮喘缓解期合并过敏性鼻炎患儿分为A组(益肾升阳方治疗组)、B组(益肾升阳方加对症治疗组)、C组(对症治疗组),比较三组患儿治疗前后的PAQLQ评分、鼻炎症状改善情况及免疫功能指标IL-23、IL-6、IL-17水平的变化情况。结果治疗后B组的症状评分、活动评分显著高于A组、C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。但A组、C组之间的症状评分、活动评分及情感评分组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。B组患儿治疗后的有效率达92%,显著高于A组、C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且B组患儿的IL-23、IL-6、IL-17水平分别显著低于A组、C组,差异具有显著性或极显著性统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论益肾升阳方通过调节小儿哮喘合并过敏性鼻炎患儿的免疫功能而提高患儿的生活质量,改善患儿的鼻炎症状。Objective To explore the impact t of Yishen Shengyang Fang on immune function and the quality of life for children with asthma complicated allergic rhinitis. Methods A total of 150 cases children with allergic rhinitis were divided into A group （Yishen Sheng-yang Fang treatment group）, B group （Yishen Shengyang Fang and symptomatic treatment group）, group C （symptomatic treatment group）, before and after treatment, PAQLQ score, rhinitis symptoms and immune function changes, IL-23, IL-6, IL-17 levels were compared among three groups. Results After the treatment, symptom scores of group B were significantly higher than that in group A, group C （P〈0.05）. But the symptom scores and emotional scores between group A and group C had no significant difference（P〉0.05）. The effective rate of group B after treatment was 92%, was significantly higher than that of group A, group C（P〈0.05）. And the IL-23, IL-6, IL-17 levels of groups B were significantly lower than those in group A, group C（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. Conclusion Yishen Shengyang Fang can significantly improve quality of life of children with asthma and allergic rhinitis, and improve the symptoms of rhinitis and the body＇s immune function.
