摘 要:目的探讨持续护理质量改进措施在心内科护理中应用的效果,提高心内科护理的质量。方法选取2012年1月~2014年1月于我院心内科住院的80例患者,按随机数字法分为观察组与对照组。对照组的40例患者实施常规护理,观察组在对照组常规护理的基础上实施持续护理质量改进措施,观察两组患者护理效果、护理事故以及护患纠纷等情况。结果观察组护理满意度(87.5%)显著高于对照组(62.5%),差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。观察组患者护理事故、护患纠纷情况显著少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。观察组改进后的护理质量显著高于改进前,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论应用持续护理质量改进措施能够将心内科患者的护理变得更加科学,通过这种系统化、规范化的方法能够有效提高护士的个人素质,降低护患纠纷的发生率。持续护理质量改进措施是适应患者的要求,并且能够提高护理质量的方法,值得在临床上推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of continuous nursing quality improvement measures in department of cardiology nursing, and to improve the nursing quality. Methods Selected 80 cases from January 2012 to January 2014 in our hospital and randomly divided them into the observation group and the control group according to the figures. The implementation of routine nursing care of 40 cases of patients in the control group, the observation group to implement continuous quality improvement in nursing measures in the control group based on routine nursing care, observed two group of patient care, nursing accidents and nurse patient disputes, etc. Results The observation group received nursing satisfaction(87.5%) was significantly higher than that of the control group(62.5%), the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05 ). Compared two groups of patients with nursing accidents,nurse patient disputes, found that the observation groupwas significantly less than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Analysis of the observation group improved nursing qualityof nurses before and after improvement, the quality of careim proved significantly higher than before improvement, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion Application of continuous quality improvement in nursing measures to nursing in department of cardiology patients become more scientific, standardized by the method, the system can effectively improve the nurses personal qualities, nurse-patient disputes occur rate was greatly reduced. Continuous nursing quality improvenment measures can improve the quality of nursing, and it is worth in clinical application.
