集束化循证护理方案对支气管哮喘患者的干预及预后作用

摘　　要：目的探讨集束化循证护理方案对支气管哮喘患者预后的影响。方法将我院收治的110例支气管哮喘患者随机分为干预组和对照组各55例,对照组采用常规护理方式,干预组实施集束化护理方法。比较两组患者肺功能、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分以及生活质量测定量表(EORTC QLQ-C30)得分。结果两组患者护理后,干预组PEFR、25%FRF、50%FRF、75%FRF均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后两组患者的SAS得分均显著降低,其中干预组SAS得分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后两组患者EORTC QLQ-C30量表各维度及总健康状况评分显著高于护理前(P<0.05),其中干预组各指标得分显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以循证医学为基础的集束化护理方案能够有效改善患者的肺功能,促进患者心理健康恢复,提高患者的生活质量,具有显著的社会意义,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the prognosis effect of bundles care in patients with bronchial asthma. Methods A total of 110 cases of bronchial asthma patients selected in our hospital were randomly divided into intervention group and control group with 55 cases in each group, the control group received routine nursing care, the intervention group underwent bundles care methods. Compared two groups of patients with pulmonary function, self rating Anxiety Scale （SAS） score and quality of life scale （EORTC QLQ-C30） score. Results After nursed intervention group PEFR, 25%FRF, 50%FRF, 75%FRF were significantly higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant when compared between the two groups （P〈0.05）;Two groups of patients after the treatment the scores of SAS were significantly lower,in the intervention group SAS scores were significantly lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant compared with between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Two groups of patients after the treatment EORTC QLQ-C30 scale dimensions and total score was significantly higher than that in health care before （P〈0.05）,the intervention group each index was significantly better than the control group, the difference between the two groups were compared with statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Based on evidence-based medicine of bundles care can effectively improve bronchial asthma patients pulmonary function ,promote recovery in mental health,improve the quality of life of patients, with significant social significance, and worth the clinical promo-
