基于AHP的大学文化结构组成分析与评价——兼论中西方大学文化的同分异构现象

摘　　要：中国特色大学文化是中国高等教育内涵式发展的不竭动力,但由于研究视角和方法相对单一,现有研究多处于对大学文化现象本身的浅层分析。通过引入理工科的思想和概念,提出并阐述中西方大学文化同分异构现象和理论,解答了中国大学文化研究中的"西方困惑",树立了科学的中西方大学文化"异同"观。同时,通过运用AHP方法对大学文化结构组成进行科学分析后发现,办学理念、大学章程、大学传统和大学治理是大学文化子结构层的主要构成要素,应在中国特色大学文化建设中给予格外重视。The university culture with Chinese characteristics will offer an inexhaustible driving force for China＇s higher education connotative development. Due to limited perspectives and methods, current researches in university culture are mostly superficial analyses of the phenomena. This paper utilizes scientific research tools and expounds on the isomerism in Chinese and western university cultures. It explains the ＂West confusion＂ in China＇s study of western university culture and suggests guidelines for the comparison of Chinese and western university cultures. Also, this paper adopts AHP and conducts scientific analysis and assessment of the components of university culture. It concludes that university ideas, articles of association, tradition and governance are the main elements of university culture, and should be paid special attention to.
