吗替麦考酚酯在肾脏疾病中的合理应用

摘　　要：吗替麦考酚酯(MMF)是一种免疫抑制剂,其活性成分麦考酚酸可抑制T淋巴细胞和B淋巴细胞的增殖、分化,发挥免疫抑制作用。MMF目前在自身免疫性疾病中应用广泛,在肾脏疾病中的疗效也得到认可。本文通过对MMF治疗狼疮肾炎、血管炎肾损害、难治性肾病综合征及IgA肾病等疾病的用药分析,认识其临床地位。同时提醒临床医生应规范性使用该药物,最大限度的避免其副作用尤其是重症感染的发生。Mycophenolate mofetil （MMF） is a kind of immunosuppressant, whose active ingredient mycophenolic acid can inhibit T and B lymphocytes＇ proliferation and differentiation, giving play to its role of immunosuppression. Currently, MMF has been widely applied in treating autoimmune diseases, and its efficacy in treatment of renal diseases has also been recognized. In this paper, the clinical status of MMF has been acknowledged through analysis of its application in treatment of lupus nephritis, kidney injury with vasculitis, refractory nephrotic syndrome, and IgA nephropathy. At the same time, clinicians are also reminded of normative use of MMF in order to avoid the side effects, especially severe infections, as much as possible.
