摘　　要：培养大学生的创新精神与实践能力已经成为高等教育中极为重要的环节,然而在独立学院环境下开展学生创新实践活动存在着诸多问题。天津大学仁爱学院在培养学生创新精神和实践能力方面有自己的实施方略,并已取得阶段性成果。Cultivate students＇ innovative spirit and practical ability has become the extremely important part of the higher ed- ucation, but there are many problems in the independent college environment. Tianjin University kindheartedness academy have their own implementation strategy in cultivating students＇ innovative spirit and practical ability, and has achieved initial results.
