摘　　要：针对水性防腐涂料需求的日益加大,对当前国内外相关技术的研究和发展进行了探索,通过使用液态环氧树脂对聚氨酯预聚体进行改性,研制出制备环氧改性聚氨酯复合乳液的方法,并以此为基料研制水性双组分涂料配方,获得耐盐雾性好、光泽度高、耐水、耐磨,能够满足多种钢结构要求的乳胶漆。With the growing demand of waterborne anticorrosion coating, explored research and development of the current domestic and foreign technology, though using liquid epoxy resin for polyurethane prepolymer was modified, developed a method for preparing epoxy modified polyurethane composite emulsion, this is the development of two component waterborne coatings formulation of the base material, get the salt fog resistance, high gloss, good water resistance, wear resistance, can meet various requirements of the latex paint for steel structure.
