摘　　要：目的:白介素-21(IL-21)与白介素-6(IL-6)在免疫性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)中的临床意义。方法:采用2种不同试剂(固相免疫技术)检测20例ITP患者及10例健康对照标本血清中血小板抗体,酶联免疫分析法检测外周血清中IL-21及IL-6水平,并用实时定量荧光PCR检测外周血单个核细胞(PMBCs)中IL-21及IL-6mRNA的表达量。结果:ITP患者血小板自身抗体明显高于健康对照,血清中的IL-6及IL-21亦高于健康对照,且在血小板抗体阳性的ITP患者中显著升高。此外,血小板阳性的ITP患者IL-6及IL-21mRNA的表达亦明显升高。结论:IL-21与IL-6在ITP患者中均明显升高,可能在ITP的发病机制中发挥重要作用。Objective：To explore the role of interleukin-21（IL-21） and interleukin-6（IL-6） in immune thrombo- cytopenic purpura （ITP）. Method：Twenty patients with ITP and 10 healthy controls （HC） were enrolled in this study. The platelet antibodies were tested by the solid phase technique with two different diagnostic kits. Serum IL-21 and IL-6 levels were measured by ELISA. Additionally, IL-21 and IL-6 mRNA expressions in human pe- ripheral blood mononuclear cells （PBMCs） were detected by real-time PCR. Result：There were 12 ITP patients with platelet antibody positive, 8 were negative. The levels of serum IL-21 and IL-6 were notably higher in ITP patients with positive platelet antibodies than those in ITP patients without platelet antibodies and HC. Mean- while, the mRNA expression levels of IL-21 and IL-6 were significantly increased in ITP patients with positive platelet antibody. Conclusion：This study discovered a higher level of IL-21 and IL-6 in ITP patients, which sug- gested platelet antibodies might play an important role in the pathogenesis of the ITP patients.
