摘　　要：1病例介绍患儿，女，8岁11个月，因小脑蚓部髓母细胞瘤术后复发人院。术前备血，检测血型A型，Rh（D）阴性，不规则抗体筛查阳性。患者曾与10个月前在我院手术，术前检测抗体筛查阴性，术中输注A型Rh（D）阴性红细胞4单位，第1次手术后至此次住院期间，未再输血。现进行抗体鉴定及手术交叉配血。Summary Rh blood-group system is the most complex one which elicits the strongest immunogenicity, con- sisting of five antigens D, C, c, E, and e. All the Rh system antibodies are ＇IgG antibodies, which can elicit strongly hemolytic reaction, thus, the antibody blood must be confirmed when a blood transfusion is going on. In this study we report a case of combination antibody elicited by blood transfusion.
