摘 要:加纳布维水电站由中国电建总承包,设计和施工分别由西北勘测设计研究院和水电八局承担。其引水钢管采用坝后明钢管,是中国工程设计人员设计的首例大直径的坝后式明钢管。相对坝后背管,坝后明钢管有便于施工及造价低的优势。文章主要总结、介绍了加纳布维水电站压力钢管的设计,旨在对中国钢管的设计有所借鉴。Bui Hydropower Project has been executed by POWERCHINA as EPC contractor. Its design and construction have been performed by POWERCHINA Xibei Engineering Corporation Ltd. and Sinohydro Bureau 8 Co. , Ltd. respectively. The exposed penstock on the downstream dam surface is applied as the headrace one. In the world, it is the first one with large diameter designed by Chinese engineer. Compared with the penstock on the downstream dam surface covered by concrete, application of the exposed penstock is convenient for construction and decrease the project cost. In this paper, design of the exposed penstock in BUI Hydropower Project is introduced and summarized to provide the penstock design with reference.
