摘　　要：文章对编制水土保持设计变更报告的必要性、范围以及编制的部分内容进行了探讨,强调了水土保持设计变更报告与水土保持方案报告的区别。Necessity, scope and certain contents of compilation of the design variation report on soil and water conservation are explored in the paper. It emphasizes the difference between the design variation report on soil and water conservation and the plan for soil and water conservation.
