摘　　要：目的 探讨利用带指背皮神经的邻指皮瓣修复食、中、环指近节指腹软组织缺损的方法.方法 2007年9月至2011年7月,我科对15例食、中、环指近节指腹软组织缺损患者,采用带指背皮神经邻指皮瓣转移修复,如伴有指固有血管缺损,则行游离血管移植术.结果 15例皮瓣全部存活,术后随访6～9个月,手指功能及外观良好,伤指中、远节感觉恢复良好,皮瓣弹性好.结论 该术式疗效满意,是治疗手指指腹软组织缺损可行的一种手术方法.Objective To investigate a method for repair of soft tissue defect of volar surface of proximal phalanx of index finger,middle finger and ring finger using flap with dorsal digital nerve from the neighboring finger.Methods From Sep.2007 to Jul.2011,a total of 15 cases of soft tissue defect of volar surface of proximal phalanx of index finger,middle finger and ring finger were treated.A flap including dorsal digital nerve was harvested from the neighboring finger and transferred to cover the defect.Results All flaps survived.Postoperative follow-up period ranged from 6 to 9 months.The finger＇s sensation recovered and had good function and appearance.The flap was supple.Conclusion The treatment result is satisfactory.It is an optimal option for repairing soft tissue defect of volar surface of finger.
