摘　　要：Q370R钢板具有良好的力学性能和工艺性能,用其作为球壳板材料建造了两台3000m3液氨球罐。通过严格控制球壳板材料和焊接材料质量,为高质量球罐的建造奠定了基础。通过严格控制现场组装、组焊、无损检测、焊后热处理,以及水压试验和气密性试验等按技术条件和有关标准要求实施,获到了高质量的球罐产品,这从产品焊接试板良好的力学性能和工艺性能得到了验证。实践表明,本项目对液氨球罐建造过程的质量控制能确保液氨球罐的产品质量,为以后类似球罐的建造提供借鉴。Two 3 000 m^3 liquid ammonia spherical tanks were built with the Q370R steel,which has shown good mechanical properties and good technological properties.In the process of construction,it should lay the foundation for high quality spherical tanks by strict quality control for spherical shell material and welding material.Besides,in order to obtain the high quality spherical tanks,it was required that the following processes must strictly obey the related technical conditions and standards,such as field assembly, welding,nondestructive evaluation,post weld heat treatment,hydrostatic test and leakage test and so on.The test results of the test pieces for welding have indicated that they had good mechanical properties and good technological properties.This practice .has shown that it can make sure reliable product quality by such quality control for the liquid ammonia spherical tanks in the process of construction,and it could also provide reference for similar construction of spherical tanks in the future.
