摘　　要：新生代农民工返乡创业呈现出新的特点,同时,他们在自主创业过程中面临获得金融支持的困境。为此本文有针对性地提出了金融支持新生代农民工返乡创业的对策措施:加大政府的扶持力度,营造良好的金融投资环境;完善农村信用担保体系,构建规范的农村信用环境;创新金融产品和服务,建立多元化的农村金融体系。The new generation of migrant workers returning home for entrepreneurship has showed new characteristics.At the same time, they are in dilemma on achieving financial support in the entrepreneurial process. Aiming at these problems, this paper brought out some measures on financial support for the new generation of migrant workers returning home for entrepreneurship such as increasing government support, creating a good investment environment, improving the system of rural credit guarantee, setting up the standard of rural credit environment, innovating financial products and services and establishing a diversified rural financial system.
