10%吡虫啉可湿性粉剂对草坪华北大黑鳃金龟幼虫的防治效果

摘　　要：为了明确10%吡虫啉可湿性粉剂对草坪华北大黑鳃金龟幼虫(蛴螬)的防治效果,试验设10%吡虫啉可湿性粉剂用量3 240 g/hm2、480 g/L毒死蜱乳油用量6 750 m L/hm2(药剂对照,用于药效对照)和清水1 350 L/hm2(用于安全性测试)3个处理,利用全株喷雾法,2013年6月12日进行田间第1次施药,间隔30 d进行第2次施药,每次施药后目测草坪草的药害症状并于施药后第30 d调查虫口密度,根据虫口减退率和防治效果分析10%吡虫啉可湿性粉剂对草坪蛴螬的防治效果。结果表明:施用吡虫啉后未观察到草坪草出现药害症状,且草坪盖度明显较好,颜色较深,根系发达;2次施药后蛴螬的虫口减退率和防治效果均>药剂对照,其中第2次施药后指标差异均达到了显著水平,且2次防效均>85%(分别为85.88%和85.16%)。10%吡虫啉可湿性粉剂对草坪草生长安全,对华北大黑鳃金龟幼虫具有良好的防治效果且持效性优于毒死蜱乳油。In order to explore the control efficiency of 10% imidacloprid WP to Holotrichia oblira larve,there were three treatments including 10% dosage of imidacloprid WP 3 240 g / hm^2,480 g /L dosage of chlorpyrifos EC6 750 m L / hm^2（ agents,to effective control） and water 1 350 L/hm^2（ for safety testing）,the pesticide were applied to the field first time on June 12,2013,using the method of whole plant spray,at intervals of 30 days for second application,each time after applying pesticide visual of turfgrass phytotoxicity symptoms and 30 d after applying pesticide survey population density,based on the population decline rate and the control effects analysis the control effect of 10% imidacloprid WP to the grass grub.The results showed that the application of imidacloprid was not observed phytotoxicity symptoms in the lawn grass,and the grass coverage was obviously better,the grass color was darker,developed root system.The population decline rate of grubs and the control effect of imidacloprid were all higher than that of control drugs after applying pesticide every time,the differences of indicators had reached the significant level at the second time after applying pesticide,and the control effect of imidacloprid at two times were all higher than 85%（ 85.88% and 85.16%,respectively）.The lawn grass was growing security and control effect to Holotrichia oblira larve was higher after sprayed 10% imidacloprid WP,its persistence was better than that of chlorpyrifos.
