摘  要:针对智能化城市规划的应用需求,从规划管理角度对一控规两导则体系进行描述.同时,面向控规编制应用,构建了服务于规划方案审查的量化分析模型,辅助规划方案动态调整过程中的决策应用,并结合地理信息技术研发了多维协同的规划方案智能审查与决策系统.进而以具体区域为实验区,对不同规划情景的规划方案应用进行设计,分析了规划方案调整过程中规划指标的动态变化特征,说明一控规两导则在智能规划过程中具有实用性和灵活性.本研究结果可为智能化规划提供支持,为控规指标的快速计算和公共服务动态分析等应用提供参考.Aimed at the application requirements of the intelligent urban planning, a system of one regulatory plan and two guidelines including city design guideline and land subdivision guidelines was described from the perspective of a planning and management. For the preparation of regulatory plan applications, the quantitative analysis model which was serve to the planning scheme evaluation was constructed, it could assist to make decisions of dynamic adjustment process planning, and the planning scheme of intelligent checking and decision system using multi-dimensional collaborative technology was re- searched combining with geographic information system (GIS) technology. The planning schemes aimed at different planning scenarios were designed by taking the specific area as a pilot area, and the dynamic characteristics of the planning indicators in adjustment process was analysed, and the experiment results indicated that the regulatory plan and two guidelines were practical and flexible. The results of this study can provide the support for the intelligent planning, and also provide the reference for the quick calculation of the regulatory indicators and the dynamic analysis of the public services.
