摘　　要：洪钢从英国进口的改进型阿塞尔三辊无缝钢管轧机经升级改造后,经常出现传动链断裂或托架U型槽受损的现象。结合联轴器的结构、原理和使用特点,研制并使用了一种依靠摩擦力传递扭矩的新型联轴器,该联轴器具有超负荷时"打滑"的安全保险作用,可以随时调节所传递扭矩的大小,保障了生产的正常进行。Transmission chain rupture or bracket U-shaped slot damage often apprear after the accel three-roll seamless steel tube mill is upgraded which is imported from Britain＇s in Hongdu Steel Works.A new type of coupling which rely on friction torque is developed combined with the coupling structure,principle and usage characteristics.This coupling has the function of safety insurance when overload＂skid＂occurs,which can adjust the size of the transmission torque at any time to ensure normal working.
