摘　　要：本文基于安全仪表系统(Safety Instrument System)相关国际国内标准IEC61508和IEC61511(GB/T20438和GB/T21109),结合国外石油公司良好的工程实践,开展了炼化装置不同类型的加热炉安全仪表系统SIL评估技术的研究与应用,并根据研究应用结果,提出了提高加热炉装置安全仪表系统安全可靠性的相关建议措施。In the paper, based on the safety instrumented system （Safety Instrument System） related domestic and international standards of IEC61508 and IEC61511 （GB/T20438 and GB/T21109）, combined with practical engineering foreign oil company good, carried out the research and application of refinery safety instrumented system of heating furnace SIL assessment of different types, and according to the research results, proposed to improve the heating furnace safety instrument system security and reliability related suggestions and measures.
