电话随访对留置双J管出院患者遵医行为的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨电话随访对留置双J管出院患者遵医行为的影响。方法:将194例留置双J管出院患者随机分为对照组96例,观察组98例,两组患者住院期间均进行常规健康教育,观察组在出院时建立电话随访登记本,出院后由专人负责电话随访,了解患者最近的情况及遵医行为,并给予指导。拔管时对两组患者置管并发症、相关知识的掌握情况及自我护理情况进行比较。结果:观察组电话随访率为100%。观察组对相关知识的掌握情况、自我护理能力优于对照组(P<0.05),置管并发症明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:电话随访可将医院的健康教育工作延伸到留置双J管患者家中,提高出院患者的遵医行为,能有效降低患者置管期间并发症的发生,促进患者康复。Objective To explore the effect of telephone follow - up on compliance behavior of discharged patients with indwelling double J tube. Method 194 patients with indwelling double J tube were randomly divided into control group（ 96 cases）and observation group（98 cases）after discharged from hospital. Both groups received conventional health education during hospitalization,The observation group registered for telephone follow - up at hospital discharge,received telephone interviews for recent situation and compliance behavior, and given guidance. Tube - related complications,related knowledge and self - care were compared between the two groups when extubated double J tube. Results All the patients in the observation group were followed up by telephone. Observation group to grasp the related knowledge and self - care was better than the control group（P 〈 0. 05）,tube - related complications were significantly less than the control group（P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Telephone follow - up can extend health education home of patients with indwelling double J tube,improve compliance behavior of discharged patients,reduce the incidence of complications in patients effectively during catheterization,and promote the rehabilitation of patients.
