摘 要:大庆长垣扶余油层薄互层特低孔渗储层非均质性严重,采用直井压裂无法满足经济开发需要,需开展水平井分段压裂改造。建立并求解了非均质储层超长水平井分段压裂数值模型,给出了非均质储层的裂缝参数优化曲线,并对YP1超长水平井进行了裂缝参数优化设计,形成了非均质储层超长水平井分段压裂优化设计技术。YP1井经压裂改造,生产360 d后日产油仍稳定在16.8 m3/d,流压下降缓慢,增油效果明显。现场应用表明,超长水平井分段压裂技术可以显著提高大庆长垣扶余油层薄互层特低孔渗储层的开发效果。Fuyu thin-interbed ultra-low permeability reservoir in Daqing oilfield is featured by strong heterogeneity. Economic development cannot be achieved through vertical well fracturing,and instead,horizontal well multi-stage fracturing is required.The numerical model of multi-stage fracturing in horizontal well with super-long horizontal section is established and solved,and the fracture optimization curves of heterogeneous reservoir are presented. The fracture design and optimization of Well YP1 with super-long horizontal section are performed. Finally,an optimized multi-stage fracturing technology for horizontal well with super-long horizontal section in heterogeneous reservoirs is proposed. After fracturing treatment,with slow flowing pressure decline and efficient oil production increase,the daily oil production rate of Well YP1 still maintains 16. 8 m3/d after production for 360 d. Field application demonstrates that the development of Fuyu thin-interbed ultra-low permeability reservoir in Daqing oilfield can be greatly improved through multi-stage fracturing in horizontal well with super-long horizontal section.
