摘 要:自流注水工艺难点之一是监测和控制注入速度。运用多段井模型模拟自流注水过程,并预测自流注入速度、注入量等关键参数,分析了井筒摩阻,油(套)管内径对注入过程的影响。以海上油田实践为例,描述了模拟的细节。结果表明:自流注水注入速度和注入量的峰值出现在注水的中后期;改变井筒摩阻或油(套)管内径可以控制自流速度。研究结果可以为自流注水实践提供重要依据。One of the difficulties in dump injection treatment is monitoring and control of injection rate. The dump injection process was simulated through multi-section well model to predict dump injection rate,injection volume and other key parameters. The effect of well-bore friction and the diameters of tubing and casing on dump injection was also analyzed. Based on the practice in offshore oilfield,the simulation was described in detail. The research indicates that the peaks of dump injection rate and injection volume are captured in middle-late dump injection stage. The injection rate can be controlled through adjustment of well-bore friction and diameters of tubing and casing. The research results will provide references for the application practice of dump injection treatment.
