摘 要:为避免海上油田平台空间和井槽数对采油的限制,利用单筒双井技术开采稠油油藏。在热采过程中,单筒双井不仅受高温流体影响,而且小井眼防砂也面临挑战。在常规热采井钻完井技术基础上,结合单筒双井井身结构特点,对单筒双井钻完井工艺、井眼轨迹控制和定向井设计等进行优化。设计了补偿工具以减小热应力对完井管柱的影响,并完成了完井管柱的优化和改进。单筒双井钻完井技术现场应用,作业成功率为100%,充填效率超过110%,达到了设计要求,没有发生出砂及管柱损坏现象,满足了海上安全环保要求,延长了防砂有效期,为提高稠油热采效果奠定了基础。In order to avoid the limitations of platform space and well slots to oil production,two-in-one drilling and completion technology is applied in heavy oil production. The technology is not only affected by high-temperature fluid,but also challenged by slim-hole sand control during the thermal recovery. Based on conventional well drilling and completion technologies for thermal recovery wells,the drilling and completion process,well trajectory control and directional well design of the technology were optimized combining with the well-bore structure. Compensation tools were designed to reduce the effect of thermal stress on completion string and the completion string was optimized and improved. The technology has shown 100% success in field application with packing efficiency higher than 110%,which meet the design requirements. Moreover,there is no sand production and string damage,which is subject to offshore safety and environmental protection requirements,and help to extend the warranty of sand control,laying a good foundation for improving heavy oil thermal recovery.
