医院传染病诊断符合率调查分析

摘　　要：目的全面了解医院主要传染病诊断符合情况,为进一步提高传染病报告质量提供科学依据。方法通过2011年和2012年随机抽样对县及县级以上医院的主要传染病开展诊断符合率调查分析。结果金华市医院慢性乙型病毒性肝炎、细菌性痢疾、淋病和隐性梅毒的诊断符合率分别为87.03%、91.67%、85.51%和78.20%;2011年主要传染病的诊断符合率为68.33%,2012年为93.04%,明显高于2011年(P<0.05);县级人民医院的主要传染病诊断符合率为81.97%,市直综合性医院的主要传染病诊断符合率为88.14%,明显高于县级人民医院(P<0.05)。结论级别较高医院的传染病诊断符合率高于级别较低医院,2011年医院主要传染病的诊断符合率较低,通过强化管理、培训、督导和考核等管理措施后,2012年的诊断符合率有了明显提高。OBJECTIVE To fully understand the accordance rate of diagnosis of the major infectious diseases so as to provide scientific basis for the improvement of quality of report of infectious diseases .METHODS In 2011 and 2012 ,a randomized sampling was conducted to investigate the accordance rate of diagnosis of the major infectious diseases in country level or above hospitals .RESULTS For the enrolled hospitals of Jinhua ,the accordance rate of diagnosis of the chronic hepatitis B was 87 .03% ,the bacillary dysentery 91 .67% ,the gonorrhea 85 .51% ,the la‐tent syphilis 78 .20% .The accordance rate of diagnosis of the major infectious diseases was 93 .04% in 2012 ,sig‐nificantly higher than 68 .33% in 2011 （P〈0 .05） .The accordance rate of diagnosis of the major infectious disea‐ses was 88 .14% in the municipal general hospitals ,significantly higher than 81 .97% in the country‐level people＆#39;s hospitals （P〈0 .05） .CONCLUSION The accordance rate of diagnosis of the infectious diseases is higher in the high‐grade hospitals than in the low‐grade hospitals ;the accordance rate of diagnosis of the major infectious disea‐ses is relatively low in 2011 and is significantly increased in 2012 .
