临床医师锐器伤现状调查与分析

摘　　要：目的了解不同工作类别临床医师在临床工作中锐器伤的发生,探讨预防对策,为针对性的预防锐器伤的发生,提高医师的职业安全提供科学依据。方法采用横断面的调查方式,使用原卫生部统一设计的锐器伤调查表对某三级甲等教学医院临床医师在过去1个月内锐器伤的发生进行统计分析。结果共调查临床医师783人,因安瓿破裂导致锐器伤的有21人,其中38.10%为住院医师,28.57%为主治医师;其他锐器伤发生62人,其中24.01%为住院医师,23.75%为主治医师,锐器伤发生率为10.60%;在未参加锐器伤培训的医师中,住院医师构成比最高为32.95%;在不确定是否参加锐器伤培训医师中,主治医师构成比为39.14%。结论医院应该进一步完善各项操作规范,加强岗前培训,提高医师的职业防护意识,以期对临床医师及时采取有效的预防控制措施。OBJECTIVE To understand the prevalence of the sharp instrument injuries among the clinicians engaging different work types and explore prevention countermeasures so as to provide scientific basis for treated prevention of the sharp injuries as well as the improvement of occupational safety .METHODS By means of cross‐sectional sur‐vey ,the unified questionnaires designed by the original Ministry of Health were employed to investigate the preva‐lence of the sharp instrument injuries among the clinicians from a three A teaching hospital within one month ,and the statistical analysis was performed .RESULTS A total of 783 clinicians have been investigated ,among whom 21 were with ampoule rupture‐induced sharp injuries ,including the resident doctors （38 .10% ） and the attending doc‐tors （28 .57% ）;there were 62 clinicians with other sharp injuries ,among whom the resident doctors accounted for 24 .01% ,the attending doctors 23 .75% ,and the incidence of the sharp instrument injuries was 10 .60% .Among the clinicians who did not participate the sharp injuries training ,the resident doctors accounted for 32 .95% .A‐mong the clinicians who were unknown of the participation of the sharp injuries training ,the attending doctors ac‐counted for 39 .14% .CONCLUSION It is necessary for the hospital to further improve the operation specifications , strengthen the pre‐service training ,and improve the awareness of occupational protection so as to take effective prevention and control measures .
