加强手术室保洁人员医院感染防护措施与管理教育的分析

摘　　要：目的加强手术室保洁人员医院感染的防护措施与管理教育,从而减少医院感染的发生。方法采用自行设计的调查表,先后对手术室21名保洁人员进行调查。结果 21名手术室保洁人员对感染手术患者需特殊终末处理的知晓率为100.0%,戴手套意识知晓率为71.4%,正确处理锐器刺伤伤口知晓率为4.8%,正确处理体液、血液污染知晓率为19.0%;有被感染患者所用锐器刺伤史的9人,占42.8%,其中发生HBsAb、HBeAb、HBcAb阳性1名,占4.8%,有皮肤黏膜被体液血液污染史的3人,占14.3%。结论应加强对手术室保洁人员的防护措施及管理教育,正确配置消毒液浓度,规范洗手,正确处理感染手术患者的终末医疗废弃物等,以降低医院感染率。OBJECTIVE To strengthen the protection measures of nosocomial infections and management education of the cleaning staff in the operating room so as to reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections .METHODS The self‐designed questionnaires were employed to investigate the 21 cleaning staff in the operating room .RESULTS A‐mong the 21 cleaning staff in the operating room ,the awareness rate of special terminal treatment for the infection patients was 100 .0% ,the awareness rate of wearing gloves was 71 .4% ,the awareness rate of correct treatment of sharp instrument injuries was 4 .8% ,the awareness rate of correct treatment of body fluids ,blood contamina‐tion was 19 .0% .There were 9 （42 .8% ） cleaning staff with history of sharp injuries induced by the sharp instru‐ments used by the patients with infections ,including 1 （4 .8% ） staff with positive HBsAb ,1 （4 .8% ） staff with positive HBeAb ,and 1 （4 .8% ） staff with positive HBcAb ;there were 3 （14 .3% ） staff with the history of skin and mucosa contaminated by body fluids and blood .CONCLUSION It is necessary to strengthen the management education and protection measures of the cleaning staff in the operating room ,correctly configure the concentration of disinfectants ,adhere to standard hand washing ,and properly dispose the terminal medical waste of the patients with infections so as to reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections .
