摘 要:某低品位铜矿石中易浮钙镁矿物含量非常高,磨矿过程中这些钙镁矿物极易泥化,罩盖在黄铜矿等矿物颗粒表面,影响铜矿物的正常选别。为了解决该矿石的高效分选问题,采用泥、矿分选工艺对该矿石进行了选矿试验。结果表明,在一段磨矿细度为-74μm占52%的情况下进行脱泥浮选,矿泥经1粗3精3扫、中矿顺序返回流程处理,槽内产品再磨至-74μm占75%的情况下经1粗3精2扫、中矿顺序返回流程处理,最终获得了铜品位为18.13%、回收率为80.86%的铜精矿。良好的试验指标表明,该闭路流程是该矿石开发利用的合理工艺流程。There is high content of easy floating calcium-magnesium minerals in a low grade copper mineral,which is apt to be slimed in the grinding process and covered on the chalcopyrite or other mineralg surface, and influences the flotation be- havior of copper. In order to realize high efficient concentration of the ore, a mud-mineral separation process on the ore was car- fled out. The results show that after desliming flotation at the grinding fineness of 52% -74 μm, copper concentrate with cop- per grade of 18.13% and recovery of 80.86% is obtained through the process of one-roughing, three-cleaning, three-scaven- ging process and middles back to the flow-sheet in turn for dealing with the slime, and one-roughing,three-cleaning, two-scav- enging process and middies back to the flow-sheet in turn for dealing with the products from the flotation cell after regrinding to be 75% -74 μm. With good flotation indicators, this closed-circuit process can be as a reasonable process for concentration of the ore.
