摘  要:加热器上端差是体现加热器运行水平及机组能效的重要因素之一。在多元扰动下热力系统能效分析模型的基础上,根据热力系统的性质,以某660MW超临界机组的典型工况为例,计算了加热器上端差扰动对机组能效影响的强度系数,在此基础上,提出该扰动下的强度系数简捷计算模型,同时借助该模型分析预测了本机组能效在不同工况下随上端差扰动的变化规律,得到了运行中的监视重点和节能降耗的重点所在,为机组优化设计、经济运行以及检修改造提供指导。The heater' s upper terminal temperature difference is one of the main factors that affect the energy efficiency unit and Operational level. Base on thermal system energy efficiency analysis model applied in multiple disturbance and the nature of the thermal system, this article takes typical working conditions of a 660MW super critical unit of for cases, then calculate the strength coefficient caused by the heater's upper terminal temperature difference. On this basis, a simple strength coefficient calculation model is proposed under the disturbance. The model has been applied to analyze and predict the law of the change in different operation conditions; thereby, the focus of operation supervision and energy saving is defined, with a view to providing the guidance for the unit optimal design, economical operatien and maintenance alteration.
