摘 要:采用吸收式热泵技术回收热电厂循环水余热进行供热,是近年来用于300MW等级供热机组供热的一种新型技术。增热型吸收式热泵是以蒸汽作为驱动力的一种换热元件,驱动蒸汽的物性状态决定了热泵的热效率,从传热的角度分别分析了采用原蒸汽(即五段抽汽,为过热蒸汽)与经减温器减温后的饱和蒸汽作为驱动热源时,热泵的制热性能系数(COP)的大小,结果显示:以原蒸汽(即为五段抽汽)为驱动热源时,其传热系数为3.59×104,COP为1.48;而将原蒸汽减温后,驱动热源为与原蒸汽同等压力下的饱和蒸汽,其传热系数为7.53×104,COP为1.72。The technology of recovery the waste heat of circulating water of power plant with absorption heat pump for heating is a new technology for 300MW grade unit for heating in recent years. Absorption heat pump is a heat exchanger components which is driven by high-temperature steam. The physical state of the steam-driven determines the thermal efficiency of the heat pump. This article analyze the COP of absorption-heat-pump that using the original steam ( ie. 5th segments extraction, superheated steam) and saturated steam which is desuperheated by desuperheater from the view of heat transfer. The results show that when use the original steam (ie. 5th sections extraction) as the driving force, it' s heat transfer coefficient is 3.59 × 10^4, and the COP is 1.48. And when use the saturated steam whieh is desuperheated by desuperheater,the heat transfer coefficient is 7.53 × 10^4 ,and the COP is 1.72.
