摘  要:通过对某亚临界325MW机组发生汽流激振故障案例进行整理,归纳分析了汽流激振事故原因,得出蒸汽激振力过大为汽流激振的主要原因。从发生部位、低频振动频率特征、低频振动振幅变化、运行参数的关系以及其他相关特征几个方面分析了汽流激振的主要振动特征。根据分析结果,总结提出了汽流激振故障诊断的依据,并提出处理方案降低蒸汽激振力、提高轴瓦稳定性等主要措施预防汽流激振故障,为机组安全稳定运行提供技术保证。After analyzing the case of a 325MW unit with steam flow excited vibration fault, causes are concluded as below: too strong steam excited vibration power is the main reason of steam flow excited vibration. Key vibration characteristics of the steam flow excited vibration has been analyzed via occurrence location,low frequency vibration frequency features, low frequency vibration amplitude change, operation parameter nexus, and other related properties. Based upon the analysis result, evidence of the steam flow excited vibration fault diagnosis is summarized. And to lower the steam excited vibration power, to enhance the stability of bearing tile and etc. are brought forth as solutions to prevent from steam flow excited vibration fault, so as to technically ensure that the unit could run safely and stably.
