摘　　要：对汽轮机具有新型结构的围带整圈自锁型调节级叶片的装配工艺进行详细论述。主要通过配磨叶片围带及止振片方法,使叶片满足装配间隙要求,从而实现工作状态下叶片围带整圈自锁。This paper expounds the assembly of the new integral shrouded blade of governing stage. Primarily through match grinding shrouds of blades and damper pieces, we can make blades meet the requirements of the assembly clearance. Thus shrouds of blades can be self-locked integrally in running conditions.
