摘 要:目的分析20种石斛属植物根的解剖结构特征,探讨石斛属种间分类的特征性根解剖结构。方法采用石蜡切片法制作石斛属植物根的横切片,显微观察根解剖结构特征,比较种间根解剖结构的差异。结果石斛属植物种间根解剖结构特征存在差异,根被最内层细胞壁V状加厚、纤维体、外皮层加厚形式、内皮层细胞形状、髓结构、中柱与皮层比例等特征可作为20种石斛属植物种间区分的依据。结论根的特征性解剖结构可用于石斛属植物的辅助鉴别。OBJECTIVE To analyze the anatomical structures of the roots of 20 species of Dendrobium for exploring the taxonomic features.METHODS The anatomical structure characteristics of the roots of 20 species of Dendrobium were observed by method of paraffin section.And the differences of the anatomical features were studied.RESULTS There were significant differences in the anatomical structures of the roots among different Dendrobium species.The V-thickened cells in the innermost layer of velamen,tilosomes,type of thickened wall in exodermis,shape of cell in endodermis and ratio of cortex diameter and stele radius could be used as specific characteristics for the identification of the Dendrobium species.CONCLUSION The characteristic anatomical structure of the root can be used to assist in the identification of Dendrobium.
