摘　　要：本文通过对图书馆社会责任概述,阐述了图书馆社会责任与服务能力的关系,分析了图书馆社会责任下服务能力体系建设面临的突出矛盾,提出了图书馆社会责任下服务能力的延伸拓展构建可持续发展模式,有助于图书馆服务体制建设和发展理论的挖掘。Based on the summarization of the social responsibility of library, this paper expounds the relationship between the social responsibility and service ability of library, analyses the outstanding contradictions of constructing the service ability system of library in the social responsibility, proposes the sustainable development model based on the service ability expansion in the social responsibility of library, and helps mining the service system construction and the development theory of library.
