我国国企社会责任履行现状及履责路径探索

摘　　要：近些年,我国出现社会经济体制的改革浪潮,国有企业社会责任的履行在中国的实践中虽取得些许成绩,但由于社会历史因素等因素的制约,国有企业社会责任的履行存在着履责机制缺失、履责能力不足及履责意识淡薄的问题,而积极实施科学发展战略、制定督导政策及法律与舆论二合一的建议为我国国企更好的履行社会责任提供了路径选择。In recent years,there is a tide in social economy reform and the state-owned enterprises have some achievermrts in social responsibility. But because of social and historical factors,state-owned enterprises show the problems on lack of social responsibility,incapability in fulfillment and lack of awareness. It is a better way to develop scientific strategies and combine supervision from rules,law and media in helping the better fulfillment of the social responsibilities of state-owned enterprises.
