摘　　要：中国正处于社会转型和经济体制转轨时期,弱势群体保护需求日益突显。社会弱势群体保护问题已成为当前社会聚焦的热点问题。保护社会弱势群体是实现社会实质公平和法律实质正义的基本要求。文章从经济法视角,主要从市场秩序规制与宏观调控两大维度探讨弱势群体保护问题,就社会弱势群体的相对性为出发点,秉承社会本位理念,追求实质公平,侧重构建弱势群体发展性保护制度。China is in the period of social transformation and economic system transformation.The vulnerable groups protection has become an increasingly strong demand.How to protect social vulnerable groups has become the current hot issues.The protection of social vulnerable groups is the basic requirement of realizing social fairness and substantive justice of the law.From the perspective of market order regulation and macro regulation in the economic law,the article takes the relativity of social vulnerable groups as the starting point,adheres to the concept of social priority,and pursues substantive justice and focus on construction of development protection system of the vulnerable groups.
