摘　　要：在我国,民族社会工作已经历了艰难的探索期,正在步入发展和成熟阶段。在这样的背景下,不仅要清晰地梳理、分析民族社会工作的本土化经验,还要拓展性地探讨基于中国国情的民族社会工作的理论和学科空间的问题。本文试图从民族社会工作的特征、实践原则、发展路径三个层面进行理论思考。In China, ethnic social work is entering the development and mature stage after experiencing difficult exploration phase. Under such a background, there is a need not only for combing and analyzing localized experiences of ethnic social work clearly, but also for discussing the theoretical matter and subject space of ethnic social work based on China＇s ethnic conditions. This article attempts to think about the ethnic social work at three levels： characteristic, practical principle and development path.
