摘 要:激光驱动器具有规模大,零件多,洁净、精度要求高,部分装配空间狭小的特征,因此其数字化装配仿真验证所面临的难点与关键点也不一样。以靶场变形镜安装工艺仿真验证为例,详细介绍了基于Delmia软件平台激光驱动器数字化装配仿真验证的3大关键技术——顺序装配仿真建模技术、增强仿真建模技术、不同工位仿真验证的快速扩展技术,实现了对工艺、工装详细的仿真验证,丰富了工艺仿真验证的内涵,并以此为基础,针对驱动器的特点,实现了不同工位仿真验证的快速扩展。Laser driver has the characteristics of a large scale, millions parts, high demands on cleanliness and precision, and some of the assembly space is quiet small, so the key points and difficulties of its digital assembly simulation faced differs from the others. Take deformable mirror installation process simulation as an example, three key technologies of laser driver digital assembly simulation system based on Delmia are introducesd - the ordinal assembly simulation modeling technology, the enhanced simulation modeling technology, the rapid expansion of different stations simulation technology, which help to achieve detailed simulation and validation on technics and facilities, enrich the connotation of assembly simulation. Further, it finds a way to rapidly expand simulation and validation on different stations.
