摘　　要：为了了解河南汉族成人唇部生物学形态特征及年龄变化,对995名汉族成人男女唇部形态进行观察与测量,计算唇部指数及年龄变化。结果显示,河南汉族成人上唇侧面观以正唇出现率最高,红唇以薄唇、中唇为主。口裂宽度以中等、宽为主。上唇皮肤高度、口裂宽度随年龄的增加而增加;上红唇厚度、唇高随年龄的增长而减小。男性、女性唇指数均随年龄增加而减小。由此认为,河南汉族成人多为正唇的上唇侧面观,薄唇或中唇为主的红唇,中等或宽的口裂宽度。测量指标及唇指数与年龄变化呈一定的相关性。To understand the biological morphology characteristics and age changing of lip from Han nationality adults in Henan. Methods： 995 Han nationality adults lip morphology were observed and measured to calculate lip index and analyzed age changes. Results ： The highest occurrence rate is vertica positions of lips in upper lip profile of Han nationality adults in Henan. The dominant red lip is thin lips. Bread of oral fissure is medium or wide main- ly. Upper lip height and breadth of oral fissure increase with ages ; thickness of lips and lip height decrease with a- ges. Lip index of male and female are decreasing with increasing ages. Conclusions： Han nationality adults in Henan have mainly vertica positions of lips in upper lip profile, thin lips or lips in red lips, medium or wide in breadth of oral fissure. Measure and lip index are related with ages changing.
