摘  要:ECLIPS5700系列的4401XA井斜方位仪采用的MCU芯片耐温大多在125℃,其耐温性能不高,严重制约了该仪器在高温井测井中的应用。采用陶瓷封装的PSoC芯片作为MCU,利用汇编语言与C语言混合编程,对该仪器进行重新开发设计(即KGGW4401),其耐温性能得到显著提高,能够在200℃环境下工作至少8 h,满足了在高温井测井中长时间工作的要求。现场测井资料表明,KGGW4401工作性能良好,所测得的井斜、方位曲线与5700的4401XA所测曲线重合,取得了较好的测井效果。Usually,the temperature tolerance of MCU in 4401 XA orientation logging tool of ECLIPS5700 system is very low,which seriously restricts the tool application when the tool is logging in the high temperature borehole.Using the PSoC chip of ceramic packaging as the MCU,and utilizing assembly and C language for programming,4401 XA orientation logging tool was redesigned and was named as KGGW4401. The temperature tolerance of the tool has been significantly improved,which makes the tool can work under 200℃ for at least 8 hours and meet the requirements of the long working hours when it is logging in the high temperature borehole. The field logging data indicates that KGGW4401 works well and the curves obtained of well deviation and azimuth position coincide with those of 4401 XA of ECLIPS5700.
