摘  要:建立了超高效液相色谱-串联质谱测定地表水中丙烯酰胺的分析方法。水样经0.22μm微孔滤膜过滤,直接进样,通过多反应监测(71.8→54.9)定性,外标法定量,方法的检出限为0.1μg/L,回收率为97.8%-98.7%,6次测定值相对标准偏差小于7.0%,为地表水中丙烯酰胺的监测提供了一种快速、准确、灵敏的分析方法。A comprehensive analytical method has been developed for the determination of acrylamide in surface water by UPLCMS-MS. The water samples can be determined directly after filtration without enrichment. The qualitative and quantitative analyses are carried out for the analyte in the multiple reaction monitoring( MRM) mode,and results show that the detection limit of the method was 0. 1 μg /L. The recovery rate was 97. 8%-98. 7%,and relative standard error was less than 7. 0%.The result shows that the rapid,accurate and sensitive method is suitable for monitoring accuracy in surface water.
